Diligently managed $100,000 budget for resource-limited rural clinic that provides affordable medical services to 7000 patients annually.
  • Created clinic-wide budget process and tools integrating program operations of 9 directors into streamlined financial processes to track expenses and donations that ensure financial sustainability and enable planning for future clinic programs

Served as the Bilingual Crew Leader for inaugural year of home energy program
  • Worked in conjunction with the Neighborhood Energy Connection, Minnesota Conservation Corps, and Xcel Energy to develop the early stages of a home energy efficiency program.
    • Collaborated with program managers and team members to develop program from the ground up, including communications, inventory systems, supply chain, training, customer education, scheduling, workshop development, and client recruitment.
