Fall 2006 semester in Toledo, Spain, studying history, art, and economics in Spanish to complete undergraduate minor, including internship with local nonprofit, ASAYMA, tutoring immigrants and their children. Immersion and cultural lessons from daily life in Spain and classmates from Japan, Puerto Rico, and different regions and economic backgrounds in the U.S.

Filmed in Zumbrota, MN, with an Iowa production company, Hollywood actors, and supporting cast from the surrounding Minnesota area, this fictional film focuses on the impacts of Alzheimer's upon one family and the town it lives in. 

In 2015 the film partnered with healthcare facilities across the US to be used as a tool on Alzheimer's education for the families dealing with this illness.
